Paddy Rice

Paddy Rice for Poultry is considered a food source that is rich in various nutritional values, especially for pets. The rice has outstanding properties as follows.

•  Rich in carbohydrates: Serves as the main source of energy for animals, helping them have energy for various activities.
  
• Contains protein: Although the protein content in paddy rice may not be as high as in other protein sources, it is still an important source for protein for the growth and repair of worn-out parts of the body.

Enhancing the Nutritional Value of Paddy Rice by Sprouting ("Germinated Rice")
Germinated rice, also known as sprouted rice, increases the protein content by up to 1%. Additionally, it offers nutrients such as carbohydrates, phytic acid, vitamin C, vitamin B, vitamin E, and fiber.

The sprouted rice also contains GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), an amino acid that acts as an inhibitory neurotransmitter. It helps maintain brain balance, promotes relaxation, stimulates the endocrine glands for growth, and produces substances that protect against fat accumulation. Most importantly, germinated rice enhances the chicken's digestive system, contributing to better overall health.

• Soak the paddy rice in water overnight.
  
• Transfer to a hemp sack, leaving a little air to allow the grains to breathe.
  
• Water regularly for about 4 days. The paddy rice will sprout and can be fed to chickens efficiently.
